Also didn't realise you could have multiple RS issues with Principality so got 2 on the go now, thanks  :)
Do you have a link to Issue 31 now? Is not on the website any more and I have already opened an issue 32 this morning.
Usually the older issue goes NLA on the launch of the new issue.

Though with principality the link never goes dead. Try:

With a bit of URL tweaking, does this mean I can still apply for the 5% Christmas Saver bond?

Thanks! The link works but since I only opened an account with them this morning for Issue 32, it wouldn't let me use the same login to apply for another product unless I activate using a code they have sent out in the post today.

Does it mean all their legacy products remain technically available if one happens to have saved an old link?

Yes, but some of the rates have reduced to maturity rates. For example their RSBI2 payed like 0.65% when I tried to open it, but much more before

Do they actually let you operate the account though, and pay interest? Or is it a case that the system will let you open it, but some member of staff will eventually come along and close it for you?

I don't know. I held it for 1 day, and then when I noticed that it was a maturity rate and not the ~6% I'd expected, I closed it. The interest accrued would've been £0.00035616 - hence not payable. I did call and ask for a copy of the account summary box/ts and cs, and they said they couldn't find it, but didn't bat an eyelid.
