I did a switch to Halifax around 4 months ago and got the switcher bonus of £150. Does anyone know if there is a minimum stay period or am I free to switch somewhere else? Thanks-1

Maybe help with forward planning:
On strong authority, the Furness BS 3 year Reg Saver goes to 3.2% wef 01/02/2023 (2.9% now).
If you opened that at launch you won't have long to go anyway (June?), but may make it acceptable to wait until maturity: Early closure requires the faff of original or certified photo id, which maybe OK if you're local to a branch...
Also their RS5 (1 year) goes to 4.3% wef 01/02/23.7 -
The interest on Coventry FHS is paid annually- I guess if you close before they sell pay it? Can't see in the t&cs. Cheers0

The key information explicitly stated that you could hold the account in order to save towards someone else's first home. The account was not only targeted at FTB, but also their family members. Anyone could have answered that question honestly and not been screened out.

For those still waiting for the MONBS Xmas RS I'm told that they are working on them in order received and today are dealing with applications received on the 6th Dec. Anything received prior to that should have been dealt with.3

It might not be looking attractive today, but you will never now in two years time from now and you could always put a minimum amount and maximise it when they are already attractive again. You could have a maximum balance of £100,000.00My personal experience, that is the way I got my Loughborough and to some extent also SRBS saving run with reasonable rate about a few years ago at a reasonable interest while other savings are at historic low.1
