That said, 1.75% doesn't appeal to me now.

Coventry RS is going up to 1.65% on 1/6 and I am going to recommence my monthly subscriptions.
What makes 1.65% more appealing than 1.75%?

    Yes, it is irrational.

VM HBC is intended for users of the VM HBC app. I have downloaded it and looked at it but I do not use it.

I opened the first one but started feeling cheap at exploiting what I saw as a loophole. I let it run its course but decided not to open any more.

Virgin have released their latest Homebuying Coach Regular Saver, issue 11, paying 1.75% for 14 months.

Unlimited penalty free withdrawals means its practically an easy access account and hypothetically if someone was to open them every 2 months they could be holding in excess of £12,000 across the accounts at all times earning the 1.75% making it far better than any easy access account.

    Please!

I bookmarked the link (as given now) ages ago, and it updates each time so no need to search, it does seem 'hidden' without the link.

Good thing is if the interest rates go up significantly I can ditch the R Saver and stick in a fixed account.
