    wouldn't be so confusing if they didn't name each product so nearly the same

    My Chorley Building Society Seasonal Regular Saver matured recently. I returned the maturity letter requesting option 1 which opened a new Seasonal Regular Saver3 paying 1.05% by retaining £1 of my maturity money. However online it states a 1.25% rate on a balance of £1 and an unchanged account number. On their website for withdrawn accounts it states SRS1, SRS2 and SRS3 have interest rates of 1.05%. Rather confusing!
    I am not impressed with the use of BACS to transfer the maturity money. I know it takes 2 to 4 business days from Tuesday`s release so hopefully it will arrive tomorrow, otherwise it will be Monday! Principality BS can pay out on the maturity day - even on a Sunday. Is regulation of savings accounts payouts necessary?

    My Chorley payment is showing in my nominated account as being paid in tomorrow
    My new regular saver is showing 1.25% too, they stated you would keep same account number. So for me no complaint

    Silly question no doubt, but my Saffron regular saver matured yesterday, and it has turned into a Maturity savings account paying 0.1%, which I can see online, but can't see any way to transfer money out of the account. Am I missing something?

    I think you can't withdraw electronically from the Maturity Easy Access account, there are other instant access accounts they have that you can withdraw from electronically though.
  • Saffron maturity package  you could have opened another regular saver with same account number and interest rate. My matured funds are now in my nominated account and first payment of £500 for the next 12 months regular saver showing in the account

    I didn't want to roll it over; just wanted the money out, but expected to be able to do it online. I've sent them a secure message.

    My Saffron RS also matured yesterday; I recall being contacted regarding maturity instructions. OP did you not get contacted?

    I logged in and confirmed my linked bank account and it also gave me the opportunity to fund a new RS as previously mentioned.

    Today, new account opened and funded and remainder transferred to my bank.

    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    Yes, I received an email with a link to the Maturity Pack, but I opted for the default option to just allow the account to convert into a Maturity Saver then deal with the funds manually. I did not expect to be unable to transact on the Maturity account online.
