Thank you! I literally tried to close my dormant NW current account an hour ago, but couldn't as I'd binned my card reader. It looks as if this has gummed up the works! They are not coping with money in and out and they are queuing people.0

I'm having issues trying to set up a standing order to this account. Transferred money into it from existing flex account, but when trying to set up standing order from an external bank for future payments, the sending bank's telling me the account doesn't exist. Might be the same gremlins that are causing their other issues today?0
