Had a quick read of the website and it does state for prospective first time buyers.“This product is only available to eligible users of the Virgin Money Home Buying Coach app. If you are not a user of this app, we will transfer your account to our standard Regular E-Saver.”
It is somewhat vague. It does not have anything specific. Also, there is no current standard regular saver, so that won’t work.
In my opinion, Virgin Money would not penalise anyone going against the spirit of the eligibility criteria.1 -
