Thanks. I tried opening the online thank you saver. It worked a charm! No annoying lengthy visits to the branch like last time. Now I have two concurrent saver accounts with Principality. Happy days!JamesRobinson48 said:

I spoke to them yesterday but they weren't aware of any problem. Having said that they are doing some maintenance tonight. Going to give it another try tomorrow. If not will have to do it over the phone.finance4all said:
