Understandably, now Marsden BS (2.00%) and Nottingham BS (1.50%) have both pulled their adult RS products, which could be opened only in branch.
Kent Reliance theoretically have their branch RS (3.00%) still available. However, their website asks that branch visits take place only when "absolutely necessary".1 -
Hi I currently have a 123 current account with 2 direct debits on it. I have had to TEMPORARY suspend my gym membership due to gyms closing down to the Corona virus. The 2 direct debits will temporarily be down to zero during this situation. My query is: will my monthly interest remain, or will I lose it during this time.Kind regardsKenneth0

My Santander regular saver matured end of last week and has automatically been renewed to the latest regular saver (paying 2%) though I don't seem to have received any paperwork about this. I'm happy to keep it going for another year but the full balance of the previous RS has been put into this regular saver. My question is: does it continue to earn 2% whilst it remains in this account, and for how long? Or should i move it out?0

"Your savings account will mature on [date].
What this means for you
If your Regular eSaver account has a standing order in place from an open Santander current account Your account will now automatically renew to a new Regular eSaver for another 12 months. The final balance (including any interest earned) will be moved to your Santander current account from which the standing order was paid three days after maturity, including if your current account is in joint names. For example, if your account matures on the 1st of the month the final balance will be transferred on the 4th. You will still earn interest on the full balance in your account at the rate shown below during this time. Any money paid in after maturity alongside any additional interest earned will be included as part of your next maturity.
If your Regular eSaver doesn’t have a standing order in place Your account will change to an Everyday Saver account three days after maturity. Your final balance including any interest earned will remain in the Everyday Saver account. We’ll continue to send statements annually in April to your Document Store in Online Banking. Information on transactions on your account is also provided by posting the transaction in Online Banking, usually on the day of the transaction."2 -
I opened a monthly saver with Lloyds 29/3/19, so was expecting it to have matured by now, but it’s still there as a monthly saver (not club Lloyd’s, this is the regular one) am I missing something, was hoping to reopen before the end of this month...I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0
