    Yes, back on page 1671. A nice festive treat.

    West Brom RS has matured into an easy access saver, such an easy process too.  Interest on the £3k is £106.72.  I've immediately applied for a new RS (still at 6.00%) though it'll take 3 - 5 working days to open so no real chance of getting a deposit in before next year. This time I had to upload a new photo of my signature, not one taken from any existing document.
    Hi Gers, is it possible for customers outside the West Brom regions to apply for West Brom Saver (instant access account) then apply for the regular saver? Thank you!

    That's what I did.
  • Does anyone know if there is an account the Bath BS will allow you to open in spite of not living locally - in order to then become an "existing member" and qualify for the regular saver account..? 🤔
    You can open an Instant Access account as a non-local but you need 12 months continuous membership to qualify for the regular saver. But why, as the rate drops to 4.04% from 3rd Jan 2025. However, if you are young enough the 16-25 Regular Saver will pay 7.09%.

    This is exactly what I did, or rather my son, as he is the right age group.Strangely his opening deposit was returned to hio though, so I assumed that it stated somewhere in the terms, which I had missed, that you had to be local, but perhaps there is some sort of mistake then...
    You either need to be a local OR have had 12 months continuous membership to qualify for a regular saver. You do not need to be a local to open an Instant Access account which will give you membership.

    That's what I did too (am in Scotland) and didn't have any more continuous membership longer than five minutes.
  • My regular saver with Gatehouse has matured into an Easy Access account with 5% interest rate. Have read comments about this somewhere - apologies if I am asking the same question. Are we allowed to deposit fresh/additional funds this Easy Access account to earn more interests? Thanks again

    Please help this numpty, I have a West Brom RS and I’m sure it matured yesterday. I just realised I have no means of viewing the account and have had no notification of it maturing. How do I access my money, all I appear to have is the letter I received when I opened the account and I know I set up a nominated account to receive funds. I would also like to open a new one.

    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    Was looking at this account earlier with maybe putting £500 (max allowed) in for first two months thereafter £100.
    Any thoughts?
