For those that have applied online, would you mind confirming the process? I've logged in and gone to 'Apply' > 'Regular' and then checked all the other types, but can't see it on the system at all.
Possible that MHBS have spotted some issues (i.e. people opening both issues and funding, it was supposed to remain branch only, etc.) and have withdrawn from the online system?
It's now, no longer, an option.
They've simply removed it from online applications.
https://mhbsonline.co.uk/bankfastApply/apply?code=1yr02The option is definitely not available when I login and try to apply for the account under Regular Savers (any longer). However, using your link, I've applied as an existing customer and ticked the box for 'not having online access to accounts' and hey presto I've been given the option to apply.I've entered all my login details as per my previous RS application and now I have a 1 yr issue 2 showing online.
Thanks again5 -
Is people with the previous MHBS regular saver now opening the second issue? Is there an advantage in doing so?0

Market Harborough Fixed Term Regular Saver (31.03.2026)
I followed B1's link, selected the "no online access" option, used the same log-in details and security information as my existing (first issue) account, and the second issue is now showing in my online account.2 -

Interest figures depend on several factors including revising the maximum from £3000 to £3750, but in my case (if I can open the 2nd one!) having opened and funded the first one on 26 Sept and was intending to fully fund it on the earliest bank working days of subsequent months here are my ball-park figures ....
Issue 1 only opened September 2024, funded with £3750 by 3rd November 2025 Interest ~£145
Issue 1 opened September 2024, funded with £1000 by December 2024 and funded with £1110 in total by 3rd November 2025. Interest ~£68
and
Issue 2 opened January 2025, funded with £2640 by November 2025 and funded with £3640 in total by 2nd March 2026. Interest ~£144
So potential gain for both RS's compared with first RS only of just under £70. In practice the figures above will be slightly inflated due to my SO's arriving a day or so later when the 1st of the month falls on a weekend, but they will give you some idea of whether you think it's worth it or not.6 -

This is exactly what I did, or rather my son, as he is the right age group.Strangely his opening deposit was returned to hio though, so I assumed that it stated somewhere in the terms, which I had missed, that you had to be local, but perhaps there is some sort of mistake then...
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...0 -
Wondered if this has been mentioned - https://www.coventrybuildingsociety.co.uk/member/product/savings/regular_saver/loyalty-seasonal-saver.html0
