No further details are known yet but the application link to the account has appeared on their website which implies Issue 1 at 8% shall be replaced within the next week or so.
Has anyone heard anything more on the issue 2? I am in two minds at the moment whether to close the existing and open another one. It would currently take more than a 1.5% drop in interest rate to make it worthwhile versus letting the existing one run to the 23rd.
This is also dependent on whether both issues can be open at the same time too.0 -

I've done a spot of rearranging to the Archived List of Regular Savers thread. A summary of the changes are as follows:
1. Due to the list getting longer I ran out of room on one of the posts in the thread so the list has been split into 5 posts as opposed to the original 4, with the first 4 posts containing the main regular savers list and the fifth page being devoted to children's regular savers.
2. Occasionally I've posted a list in this thread of regular savers showing their interest rates at a specific point of time. I've done a spot of hunting and found links to these lists. Links to these lists have been listed as ``Regular Saver Snapshots" on the sixth post of the thread and the list that was on the thread has been moved to one of my earlier posts in this thread.
3. Following the BOE base rate cuts from 5.25% to 5% and then to 4.75% I have made lists in the main regular savers thread of which regular savers have been affected and what their old and new rates are. Links to these lists are now listed on post 7 of the thread.
I intend to make point 3 a recurring feature so whenever a base rate change is announced a new list of regular saver interest rate changes shall be created and maintained.
You may notice that there are some links missing on the first page of the thread, these are regular savers which were launched whilst the wayback machine was taken down temporarily by hackers earlier this year and shall be added to the wayback machine later today.
All terms listed on the first page of the Archived List of Regular Savers have been uploaded to a OneDrive which shall be maintained to act as a failsafe option should the wayback machine be taken down again. I keep a local copy of these to act as an additional backup.
A link to the OneDrive can be found below:

Other, cheaper, options might be Voter Id or Citizens Card though these might not be accepted by financial institutions as proof of ID.3
