Usual drill:
Leeds BS Regular Saver (Issue 57) at 5.1% going NLA and being replaced by Issue 58 at the same rate but with a new maturity date of 2/11/2026
Chorley Building Society Regular Saver (31.10.2025) at 5.15% replaces their Regular Saver (30.09.2025) at the same rate.10 -
SAME FOR ME -->> "In my case I never had to send them anything. I gave them my nominated bank account details, they sent me a code in the post, which I inputted into online banking and that was it. "Bridlington1 said:

Can I just check, what was everyone else's experience with getting their nominated bank account verified electronically with Melton? They seem to be insisting that it can only be done by sending them an original or certified bank statement by post.1 -
Leeds don't allow one of each issue?Bridlington1 said:Usual drill:

It's a shame that Chorley don't allow you to have a Regular Saver of each issueBridlington1 said:

At that interest rate I wouldn’t want one, never mind two. Especially with the rate being variable.simonsmithsays said:

If it's higher than my highest instant access account (currently, but not for long, 4.95%) then I'm in.Stargunner said:

I've also just applied for the Leeds BS at a similar rate - the fact you are able to make one withdrawal a year gives it flexibility too.
I won't be drawn into arguing.
Others will prefer to get less interest or, say, keep thousands in Premium Bonds risking no gain at all.

My instant easy access accounts are paying the same or similar rates to those RS’s, so they are of no benefit to me.simonsmithsays said:

13th payment is not allowed for my Gatehouse RS if anyone else is trying to squeeze one last deposit in this month

I know you can't make 13 payments to the Principality RS, but are you able to make a payment today if you paid in a few days ago?0
