Zopa have launched a beta version of their new current account, available for those who are invited by Zopa to try it out early. The account is due to be rolled out more widely over the coming months.

I'm one of those who has been invited to try it out early and have just set the account up.

The account offers 2% interest on the balance in the current account and access to a 7.5% (fixed) Regular Saver Pot (£300/mth max, unlimited withdrawals, account lasts a year from the date of opening).

The account also offers 2% cashback on up to £1.5k of direct debit payments paid from the account.

Is this part of what you were looking for.

It's on the 1st page of the T&Cs - 

Maximum Account Balance: £2,400 (excluding resulting interest) 

After placing your initial Deposit, you can make additional Deposits. There is no limit on the number of Deposits you can make per Calendar Month, however the total amount deposited must not exceed £200 in any one Calendar Month

Don't worry about it. That message has appeared whenever I've checked their application links in the first half of the night, it usually goes away after midnight.

Had it this afternoon, just before the budget started so maybe I was in panic mode. Applied for accounts after midnight last night (interest maximisation by late month opening) and wanted to check if my test payments arrived. The OH was supposed to open today so panic mode kicked in that accounts are withdrawn. Luckily, they are still there :-)

Principality BS 1 Year Regular Saver Bond (Issue 34) at 5.5% is about to go NLA.

Replaced by Principality BS 1 Year Regular Saver Bond (Issue 35) at 5.15%

Just applied for the Newcastle one, easy process, got a reference number and email straight away, just got to wait for them to email me an ID

TSB, Gatehouse & Principality reg savers opened and funded this morning.
Now I can fund again tomorrow to max interest.

Wouldn't you have maximised your interest by opening last week and getting an extra week's interest on your first deposit?
