That came up on my application and they got in touch the next day there was also a phone number available if you wished to contact them.Aidanmc said:OneUser1 said:Progressive Building Society have their on-line Regular Rainy Day Saver account paying 7% (variable) for existing members and locals (which means those living in Northern Ireland) which takes £20-£300 per month.
However I was unable to register for their on-line access - which requires a separate authenticating app to be downloaded - so I gave up trying. Those braver than me might like to give it a go.
I've just tried also, couldnt get past the ID check stage. Says they will be in touch within 2 days
Before this I was able to login as I had already another account with them and could see the new account and I attempted to make a DC payment but I had not read the terms fully that stated the minimum being £20 and that was what the call was about and the ID check was ok0 -
Principality BS 1 Year Regular Saver Bond (Issue 33) has disappeared from moneyfacts suggesting it will soon go NLA.
To be replaced by Issue 34 at the same rate (5.5%)15 -

Assume that "Only one of the current issue per person" means that you can't hold Issues 33 and 34 at the same time?Bridlington1 said:

It's always been okay to hold multiple issues, just no more than one of each issue.

Principality Building Society Regular Saver Bond Issue 34
Opened today and funded with £250.
It's 5.50% fixed for one year, so definitely worth having in view of predicted interest cut(s) over coming months.
I have previously held multiple PBS RSB's of different issue numbers without any problems.
No withdrawals allowed during the term but can be closed early without penalty if access to money required (or if rate becomes uncompetitive, unlikely with this one). No minimum monthly payment required.6 -
I've opened a Principality Building Society Regular Saver Bond Issue 34 today and funded it. When can I make the second payment? 1st June? Does it matter that 1st June is a Saturday?0

With 12 month RSs that state a maximum amount that can be paid into the account, is it better to open & fund at the end of a calendar month, or the start, to maximise available interest?0
