ZZPS Debt Recovery Letter

I received a PCN from Civil Enforcement Agency saying they have ‘proof’ that I parked illegally (i’m yet to see this evidence). I ignored this PCN and several other chasers from them. I have received a letter from ZZPS saying I owe them £170 (Initial PCN was £60) and that if I don’t pay it, it could go to court. I don’t know what to do. Can you help

Read the NEWBIES FAQ thread - there's info specifically about debt collectors.

ZZPS cannot take you to court .... ever.

Firstly you do not owe £170 ..... it's all part of the ZZPS.SCAM

"IT COULD GO TO COURT"   well it could if CEL want to try their luck but ZZPS NO WAY, they live in sewers and they pop out all over the UK looking for mugs ?     You are not one of them so IGNORE THE ZZPS TRASH

So should I ignore it? I’ve read that previously they have advised solicitors to send letters also, threatening to go to court..

I presume you mean Civil Enforcement Limited, not Agency. They won't have said that The Driver acted illegally because no criminal offence has occurred.

As above, debt collectors have absolutely no powers and can be ignored. The fourth post of the NEWBIES tells you why it is safe to do so.

Send a late appeal using the template in blue text from the first post of the NEWBIES, unaltered, from the keeper. It will no doubt be rejected but you will at least be able to show a judge you were reasonable and tried to engage with the scammers in an attempt to avoid court.

What happened when you complained to the landowner?

Have you complained yet to your MP about this unregulated scam.

Yes, they do used pimped out letterheads, only very dodgy solicitors would allow that.
Makes no difference, either CEL or a dodgy legal must send you a "letter before claim" giving you 30 days before any action, If you get one of these come back here.

Sorry I meant limited, not agency!

I cannot find the template as I’m still trying to figure how to use this as I’ve just made it today! would you be able to post a link to the template?

I haven’t complained to the landowner as of yet because I did not want to acknowledge any of the letters to me.

So bottom line is to ignore this letter?

We will not link to the appeal template.  See my signature.

Learning how to hop around the forum is vital, so no links.

Hi, I received another letter from ZZPS stating ‘Notice if Intended Legal Collections’ and that if I don’t take any action it will be passed to QDR Solicitors. Ignore this letter?
