SAR sent to the parking firm. Now I will return the letter they sent asking for a breakdown of the £182. However, when filling the form out, do I select the box that states “I owe some of the debt, but not all of it” or “I dispute the debt” and then ask for a breakdown?
YOU DENY the total debt.   Their claim for £182 is a fake claim which includes the fake amount.
  • Okay perfect - I will send this form back to them saying I deny the debt and I want a breakdown of the £182?

You do not need to fill in any of the financial forms that have been sent to you by the PPC.
  • Nope, I wasn’t going to fill in any of the financial forms. Thus far, I have sent an SAR to the parking firm, and I am going to send this letter back stating I deny/dispute the debt and ask for a breakdown

What forms are you talking about?

You have read the second post of the NEWBIES thread, haven't you?

    Did you read this bit?...
DO NOT use the 'reply forms'. You do not have to declare your finances!

Of course I may have got it wrong and they aren't the forms you are talking about.
If you want accurate clear guidance then your posts need to be accurate and clear.
  • Yes I did but I was referring to these forms and not the financial forms

Then "DO NOT use the 'reply forms'." applies.

I’m not quite sure what to do in this instance. Do I ignore this letter? Do I send a response to Civil Enforcement? Thus far, I have sent an SAR to Civil Enforcement and that is all.
  • Perfect, thank you. I will do this and await their SAR response. Once I receive a response, I will share with this thread.
