Do you have the PCN from the Gladrogues debt collection letter? If so, what did you do about it? Did you appeal? Did you reveal the driver's identity? Did you complain to the landowner?
If you haven't got the PCN then send an SAR to the PPC as per the NEWBIES. Do this today.
If you want help with the second PCN I suggest you start a second thread and make sure you mention that it is a separate case to this thread. It will be far too difficult to deal with different PCNs from different companies on the same thread.
Delete the post with the Gladrogues letter and post it on your separate thread, but redact the reference number.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -

Hi, I received this in the post today. Can anyone offer advice as I not sure what needs to be done now? Is this the Letter Before Claim?0 -
It purports to be a letter before claim but did it include any financial forms (which you don't fill in) and did it contain ALL the evidence and proof they would rely on in a small claims court? Does it relate to the same incident for which you started this thread? To me it looks like a reminder but it can't be long before they get fed up and issue a LOC and then court papers.

It includes the financial forms which I have attached to state my monthly incomings/outgoing etc. It did NOT contain all of the evidence. All that this letter contains is the date of the initial PCN, the PCN reference, location and amount, which they state is £182. This letter DOES relate to the initial PCN, for which I started this thread. Is it easier if I was to agree to some sort of payment plan or hold out and hope it goes in my favour?

Don't forget that you DON'T fill in those financial forms as they don't apply to this type of claim.1

You ignore the financial forms, NEVER give personal information to a scammer
The clue is the claim amount of £182. CEL are scamming you with fake amounts which is not permitted, they know this and you should read what happens to all the scammers in court when they apply fakery

Write back them denying the debt and ask for a breakdown of the £182. That's what they are claiming so they must answer .... do let us know what the say2 -
In which case it looks like a proper letter of/before claim and you should react as per the advice in the NEWBIE sticky second post. Why would you agree a payment plan, unless it is the one offered here, where you defend the claim in small claims court and, providing you follow the advice given, you win! You don't use hope, you use technical and legal arguments followed by a well written witness statement.2
