Back in February it was suggested that you read the NEWBIES thread.
Now, seven months later, you are saying you can't find the NEWBIES thread.
Here is a link to the second post on the NEWBIES thread where it tells you how to react when receiving a Letter of Claim.
There is so much more in that NEWBIES thread that you will definitely need to know.

Read it all. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

SAR sent to the parking firm. Now I will return the letter they sent asking for a breakdown of the £182. However, when filling the form out, do I select the box that states “I owe some of the debt, but not all of it” or “I dispute the debt” and then ask for a breakdown?0

You owe then NOTHING unless a judge says you do. Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
