We've seen that new letter from DRP jumping on the coronavirus bandwagon and I think it needs a complaint to the CSA and FSA, if DRP are in those organisations. It is shameful that a poxy 'fake parking charge' debt collector has decided to use this in their letters:

It hasn't changed in a decade and there have been no adverse outcomes.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

no worries thanks, only asking as some other people on other posts said about sending a letter .. but i will stick to forum advise
