    We've seen that new letter from DRP jumping on the coronavirus bandwagon and I think it needs a complaint to the CSA and FSA, if DRP are in those organisations.  It is shameful that a poxy 'fake parking charge' debt collector has decided to use this in their letters:

    i just rang them to get an email address, and the woman who answered first did not want to give any email address...
    Then gave me hers to send the letter in to ..
    contemplating whether or not to send it Ralph-y said:

    Complain to your MP, send him a copy.  
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Should i send an email with a robust response saying i have no intention to pay etc.
    Or just leave it .. and continue to ignore

    In the context of debt collectors, forum advice to 'ignore' means just that. It hasn't changed in a decade and there have been no adverse outcomes. 
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
