every time we see topics that are not regulated by statute in this country , we get people bending the rules or ignoring them

be it estate agents , or DLA or PIP , the DWP fiasco over employment tribunals going against them despite the fact that they are supposed to be the goto people for those with disabilities , hospitals and surgeries that ignore the NHS guidelines despite being paid out of public funds , its no wonder that regulation and laws have to be made to get them to toe the line , except the DWP havent even done that with the EA2010 !!!

let us hope that the NHS guidelines are beefed up and made mandatory , POFA should have been mandatory , even the CPR,s get bent to suit by mealy mouthed lawyers after a quick buck

they should also make landowners accountable for the actions of their agents etc without people like us having to resort to expensive courts

to stop squatting they made it a criminal offence that the police have to deal with , on houses etc , yet not for commercial premises , then they wonder why the squatters vacate private houses in favour of empty pubs and offices !! lunacy

yet they could have easily made it ANY property not belonging to or rented by the squatter

If you have a smart phone, video the walk for future reference (you can even post it on here, I'm sure we'd like to 'accompany' you and Jimmy! 😄).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It's all about NCP. I'm afraid The Deep has been on another badly targeted C&P bombing raid, this time taking out a hospital!  😩

    "it is about NCP"

Yes I realised that - I just hate UKPC so thought I would add to D_P_D's dig at them.

I am going to have to cancel this walk
I will be attending the appointment but i can not afford to put my daughter at risk of coronavirus by exposing her to more people or waiting around the hospital whilst i do this.

If this was any other appointment and not related to her heart, i would have cancelled it all together

POPLA got my complaint and are reviewing it

I will let Jimmy know i cant make it and give my reasons

Just had 2 letters from Debt Recovery Plus, one for each fine that POPLA did not uphold.

I am still waiting a response to my complaint to POPLA on 11th March.  It said 21 days, so assuming i should get a response by mid/late next week.

I did chase them up the other day, and the response i got back was it was logged on 11th and need to allow 21 days
