is it acceptable to email a stern response instead of postage? Due to current corona issues, getting to a printer and post office will be challenging in the near future

Just had 2 letters from Debt Recovery Plus, one for each fine that POPLA did not uphold.
They are not fines, they are invoices from ex clampers.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
