the problem is most likely because you are trying to log in with your original online account ID and password, instead of using the new ID and password that it asks you to set up the first time that you either use the authenticator app hard-token device:arsenalboy said:Apologies for bringing this up but need some help!!
My wife has some fixed terms with Al Rayan and has always been serviced via Windows. I was aware that they were going mobile from all the chat at the time but it was not relevant at the time. However, now need to access for a 2 year fix at 1.37%.
Downloaded the app onto Samsung S10. It recognised my wife by name/DOB/ac number and 3 security questions.
Downloaded the second app and that asked for user id and password. We put in the info that we used to use on MS Edge as that is the only other info we have. Each time we put in the information and press confirm it closes the APP, have tried it multiple times.
What am I doing wrong?
