Yes, it seems I'm shamelessly copying bubbs having KFC on Fridays. 😁
Because I don't have scales at home, my consultant said she'll just put in my last weight and keep putting in the same one for as long as it takes. So, effectively STS. 😉
We don't have far to go to the shops so I can do my usual weekly plan but DH is (surprisingly) enjoying both the stroganoff and veggie chilli so didn't need to buy much meat this week. Now that I know the shops are well stocked I'm not too worried about using stuff from the freezer. 🙂

Yes KFC tosay Denise, think you should join in 😂😂
Well i am going to surprise you all , today i have not been hungry only had some fruit and greek yog 😱 but KFC is in
Are you OK bubbs, don't think we've ever seen you type that before, LOL!  Ah!  I see you're OK you're still having KFC!!!

Have just had the mushroom stroganoff and it was lovely but not enough of it!  I halved the recipe as it was supposed to be for 4 and just doing enough for us today.  I think we could both have eaten another portion of it!!!

I might just be joining you with KFC next Friday, LOL!  We'll see.

So pleased you enjoyed the Mushroom Stroganoff denise. I did 6oz of mushrooms each, and also did some asparagus to have with it, but you're right it's not a massive portion. 🙂

Wish you'd said that before, LOL!  I also did 6 oz each.  Think I'll probably do about 10 oz each next time.  Also think it could have done with a little bit more sauce rather than boiling it down until it just coats the mushrooms.

Morning all, a lovely day today.  Stripped the bed and washing now on and will shortly be having breakfast and then I'll get the washing out on the line.

Today's plan is a bit low on Speed but it'll have to do:

    B - SW fry up - P; S; F
L - Toulouse sausage sandwich with onions (last sausage from France!) - HEB; S; 6
D - Carbonara (will use the SW online version but no quark so will use some of the half fat creme fraische instead to make it creamy - P; S; F; 1.5; part HEA for parmesan

    HEA - milk
    HEA2 - bit of parmesan
    Syns - sausage 6; creme fraische 1.5

Needed to pul back a few Syns as went a few over last night so as long as I stick to this plan today I'll be back on track!

Finally eating breakfast 😏 thought I’d go shopping early to get things usually out of stock rice, porridge etc. Was there so long (queuing to get in, following one way system etc) that I forgot where the car was 🥴. When I found it hubby (sat inside) was laughing  as nearly everyone was searching for their cars 🤣🤣. Got what I went for though 🤗
Well no matter how hard I tried to avoid looking, the scales say another half on ☹️ Could have been worse I suppose. Trouble is half the stuff I have in isn’t all that SW friendly, just got what I could last few weeks, hoping to be better now though. Going to have to tighten our belts even more as hubby has been furloughed until at least July 🥴 big drop in income 🥺 but still has a job. Mine still going but rota of staff plus son still working full time so not as bad as some.
    keep safe all 😇
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I think most of us would take just a half pound on tie. That's good maintaining.
We've discovered (by accident) that shopping in the middle of the week and the middle of the afternoon seems to be a quiet time round here. Based on this week, I'd say that shops really are getting back to normal levels of stock. Porage was the only thing I noticed still out of stock in Aldi but we'd bought that the day before, when out walking, anyway.

We're having spring rolls with our dinner this evening. I don't want to know how many syns but it'll be a nice treat, makes it more like a Chinese take away.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg, bacon (P), HEB toast. HEA milk
L- lentil and veg soup (P,S) and something else SW friendly if I'm hungrier
    D- chicken stir fry (P,S), noodles (F)
Syns- honey 2.5, spring rolls?? weekend wine
