Started another post because once I turn on bold, it won't stop. 🤔
I do hope you only get a mild dose. It has to be 7 days for you as Matt Hancock has appeared today so it must be true. 😉

Morning all, more washing done this morning but no wind so not sure it's going to dry and if it does it'll be hard so will have to put it in the tumble dryer for a few minutes to soften up.  Hate having to do that!

Today's day is a Green one but probably won't have the 2nd HEB but it's there if I decide I need it:

    B - overnight oats - HEB; P; S
    L - leek & potato soup - S; F
D - mushroom stroganoff with rice (SlimmingEats recipe, recommended by Maman) - S; F; 1.5; I'll be using half fat creme fraische instead of cream cheese as that's what I've got!

I've cancelled my veg boxes after the rubbish I got yesterday - was supposed to have cauliflower & chard and didn't get either; there was also only enough potatoes for 2 meals; the box was supposed to be big enough to feed 4 people for a week.  I've more chickweed!  Going to have to cook up a load of mash and make more of the chickweed and feta potato cakes (definitely can't call them fritters!)

Have a good day and keep safe everyone.

Hope you don't mind me posting ladies (and lads?).  I know it's too late to join this challenge but as you are near the end I was hoping if I posted I would be notified of the next challenge.  I used to partake some time ago and am back on the SW wagon.  I rejoined at New year and have been consistently losing until this week.  It's only a half pound gain but all the same I liked the downward trend and am hoping that by joining your next challenge will keep me on the straight and narrow.  Like everyone else who is eligible I am working from home so hope I can keep up with your thread better.  I remember that it used to be lively.
Again, hope nobody minds my post.  x
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Welcome back VALM.  As you know everyone is welcome.  Well done on having losses since the new year and only a tiny gain this week.  It's much harder to stick to plan knowing that there are no groups in real life!  Are you taking part in the Zoom virtual groups or are you going it alone?

The thread isn't as lively as it used to be.  A lot of people seem to have stopped posting when the new site came into being.  I still don't like it but it's got easier to use over time.

Feel free to post your daily menu plan if you think it might help keep you accountable!  That's why I post mine and I've been a target member since 2012 but I still need to keep track otherwise I'll put on.  In fact I've only just got back into target range (top end) this week after my holiday last month before all this kicked off!

Hi VALM, really good to see you.

I do hope you enjoy the Mushroom Stroganoff  denise. I liked the cheesy flavour (even added a little parmesan at the table) so hope it's just as tasty with creme fraiche.

I spoke to my consultant this morning. She's happy to just send in my last recorded weight which she'll do at her next virtual meeting and then I'll be back on line. She's sending me details of their Zoom meetings just in case I want to get involved. I had a nice long chat with her. She said she'd cried and gone out for a bottle of wine when she heard SW was closing down. She's self employed and couldn't wait for the government help so she's taken a part time job in Iceland. I teased her that she'd be marketing the SW meals!

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F) HEB porage with HEA milk
    L- veggie omelette (P,S), pickled cabbage (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes (S)
    Syns- Weekend Wine TGIF!

I think I'll probably grate some parmesan over it at the table but I'll taste it without first!

Did your consultant tell you that you need to send her your wait every 8 weeks in order to keep online access or if you haven't got scales then just text Maintain.  That's all I'm going to do.  Decided against the Zoom meetings although people on our Facebook page seem to be enjoying them.

See you've started on the Fake KFC for dinner on Fridays  :D.  I'm trying to get a few more veggie meals in to save the meat I've got in the freezer.  Don't really want to have to go shopping again this month except perhaps for bread, eggs, milk.  Think the only  thing I'm likely to run out of is eggs, apart from fresh veg so either DH or I can go to our local farm shop to get them.
