Same for me bubbs. I've send I'll text my weight in every 6-8 weeks. Not bothering with the Zoom meetings, too much hassle for me! At least that way we still keep access to the website and will have access to the Eshop if we want it.
Have to say the prawn and salad pitta really hit the spot at lunchtime. Looking forward to DH cooking fillet steak tonight!!!
He's much better at cooking it than I am!

Who's been sending you chocolate eggs beanie! That's not right.
Hope the steak went down well denise.
Still not heard anything from my consultant. I might just send her one more text.
I'm going to make a dinner to use up some of the fresh veg bits tonight. Not decided whether to do roast potatoes or maybe mash for a change. I bought 2 large white cabbages (29p each in Tesco) a couple of weeks ago and it's still going strong. I still have that dreadful photo in my mind of all that wasted food.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), beetroot (S)
D- LO beef (P), potatoes (F), cauli, cabbage, kale, carrots (S)
Syns- gravy 2? Might have some horseradish 1?

My picture was an April fool's 🤣🤣
I had this really
Maman i know it was dreadful but when i posted about it on the Elite they said could have been fake news, but i don't think so sadlySealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:2 -
A bit later today. Needed to go to get a blood test done as I've got a hospital appointment soon and it needed beforehand. As they haven't cancelled it yet I got it done - certainly the quickest I've ever been as there was no one else waiting!
We've been sitting in the garden this morning, it's absolutely lovely out there in the sun and no wind either so felt really warm (compared with how it's been!).
I definitely had far more than 10 alcohol Syns as we had wine! Probably gone over on syns for the week now but never mind still got another couple of weeks before I need to weigh. But at least birthdays only come once a year, LOL! No doubt I'll be over when it's DH's birthday in a couple of months.
I'm glad I made a batch of Syn free falafels yesterday as I ended up picking whilst drinking the wine. At least it wasn't chocolate!
Today's plan:
B - beans on toast - HEB; F
L - bacon, mushrooms & onion omelette - P; S
D - Beef stew (from freezer), mash, cabbage - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned

Happy belated birthday denise
. And trust bubbs to get us all drooling with an April fools
.
Had my first ever SW Zoom meeting yesterday, 18 of us! Did it on my iPad, so had 2 screens of 9 people. Might try it on the desktop next week, it has a bigger screen, so may be able to see everyone at once then. And in the meantime, yesterday weighing at home first thing with no clothes on (sorry if TMI) I reached my target! I realise it will be different on the official scales, but think I have enough time before we go back to Group to lose a bit more to make up any discrepancy
. Keeping quite busy here, with OH working from home and DS and DD home from uni, including their toilet roll and pasta supplies
. I live in a tiny village with a lot of older folk, so have been doing lots of emailing/leaflet dropping to make sure anyone who has to stay indoors has someone to drop off milk/groceries/prescriptions. Managed to set up a milk delivery for ourselves, as milk consumption is back upto 4pts/day with the youngsters eating cereal every morning. And with the best will in the world, I cannot buy enough milk in one go to last a whole week.
Picking up a bigger slowcooker from Argos next time I am in Sainsb, my old one is only 2.5l which was ok for 2 of us, but could definitely do with a bigger one for 4 of us.
Hope you are all staying safe and eating well. I am out of eggs, so ringing local farm next to see if he has any today.
