Absolutely agree bubbs, it is criminal.   Nobody should waste food.  I'm even using veg stalks to make soup - they're being frozen at the moment until I get enough to make a decent soup, think it's going to be mainly cauliflower and cabbage as haven't had any broccoli in my veg box and none coming this week either, although I've got some sprouting purple for dinner tonight so probably some of it will be a bit woody so will be peeled and go into the bag.

I don't think you've been particularly lazy Maman.  You might have done less than you would have liked but that doesn't make you lazy.  It's good to sit down and read for a while but it doesn't make you lazy.  You've also been out for your daily walk so you've had your exercise - we're not even doing that most days!

Have made some feta & chickweed  patties (a bit like bubble & squeak cakes) which uses up the chickweed and we can have with eggs & beans for dinner tomorrow night.  I'm glad I've made them this afternoon as they are extremely sticky.  They only used less than a tsp for all 4 patties so I don't think I'll Syn them as work out at less than 0.25 syns per pattie.

Enjoy the rest of the day people.

Sorry to hear that Sleazy but it happens sometimes for no particular reason.  Hopefully it'll come straight back off next week.  Just stick with it, hard as that can be.

Oh dear no slimmer of the week unless beanilou lost some?  GTQ I wasn't sure if you wanted a +2, and I don't think I have missed tweets or matron midge. I was surprised I lost with the chocs, but we were doing a Boris walk most days as social life on hold. Tried to get tena products for aged mother, bit like loo roll, empty shelves. Not liking the q'ing to get in the stores and having to plan 7 days of mains and suppers.

I hope everyone is well & coping with everything that's going on at the moment!
I have been laid off from work on 80% pay, so god knows when I'll be going back.
Our SW group has closed obviously - I got the offer to take up the virtual group option for £2.50 a week, but I declined.  I will need to think of a new strategy because I don't want to be putting on loads of weight because I've stopped attending group.
I just cannot seem to follow the plan at the moment as shopping is a nightmare!
