Thanks for that. I would rather not buy any scales as I don't trust myself not to weigh too often. I don't think my local Boots has scales and don't know if the big city centre one is even open as it's in the middle of the shopping centre which is like a ghost town. I'll see if my consultant will accept a top of range weight for the duration. I'd rather tell her the truth. I know I won't be massively out of range when groups restart as SW is my usual way of eating after all these years. It's giving me a structure which is helpful at the moment. 😁
You can just text your consultant with the word MAINTAIN to keep access to the online stuff.  I finally got to watch the video she posted on our Facebook page and that was the advice given to members who are not paying for the Zoom virtual meetings.

Was going to be a Green day today but our pork and bacon order was delivered yesterday so DH wanted a bacon sarnie for breakfast rather than just cereal!  Our veg box arrived this morning so need to think how to use some of that as well!  Didn't know what I was getting when I did my menu plan.  Anyone got any idea how to use chickweed?  Think I'm going to have to do some Googling!

    Today's plan:

    B - toasted bacon sandwich - HEB; P
    L - spicy carrot soup (from freezer) - S; F
    D - lentil bolognaise with WM spaghetti - F; P; S

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - none planned

Hi all, thank you for Birthday wishes 🤗 still plenty of cake left (I’m not eating it 😇)
Im on rota for work also over Easter hols. Was in beginning of week (no his nibs 👌🏻) and down for 2 days next week. Looks like we could be a Hub school as close to hospital and lots of keyworkers children. Hope weather holds so we get outside at school.
Take care all, stay safe 😷
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I did text my consultant last night but haven't heard anything back. I expect she's working through a list. I think 'maintain' from all target members would make sense. I know I'll go back ASAP and get back into range (assuming I'm out of it). I think it's unlikely I will gain if wine supplies run short though. I'm so pleased the government prioritised off licences!

I seem to remember chickweed growing as just that-a weed. I suppose it could be used like cress, in a salad or a sandwich . If it's what I'm thinking of it's not very robust and would cook down to nothing.

I was going to have a freezer meal like Bolognese or chilli today but I have bits of fresh veg to use up so changed the plan.

    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, banana (F), HEB porage with HEA milk
L- LO hash (P,F,S) with pickled cabbage (S)
D- sausages, mash (F), onions, cabbage, kale, broccoli, carrots
    Syns- sausages 1, gravy 4?

Apparently you can cook chickweed like spinach so just wilt it.  I also found a pate recipe online with I could make SW friendly which I might give a go, not decided yet.  I think it needs using fairly quickly so will probably just wilt it - might even wilt it into the lentil bolognaise tonight!

    Afternoon all
Beanie sorry you have had rain, been glorious here but was a hard frost!
Well we had our virtual meeting today and she is planning on doing a few BUT 80% of consultants are arguing about people paying, my consultant is not charging and thinks its disgusting, she said if they sack her they sack her but can't see they can. I am not techy at all and zoom was easy to use
