Go for it beanie! Well done for going back. 👍
DH didn't notice that there was no meat in the chilli! He said it was delicious and ate the lot. Normally I just make it up in single portions for me to have for lunch with a JP but I think I'll put it on the meal plan more regularly now. 😊

    Evening all,
Apologies for being MIA.  Combination of struggling with this new thread layout, and then not being fully committed to the plan.  Has ended up with the expected result of gaining 2lb in the past couple of weeks or so.

Line drawn (again!).  It has really started to get me down, so before I end up comfort eating myself into oblivion, which as we know alwasy ends up making you even more miserable, I've decided to just get a blimming grip, and not be so silly.  I've a few lbs to get back on track where I was 6 months or so ago, but it's not insurmountable damage to undo.

    Today's plan:
    B - peach quark (1)
D - porridge HEB, sugar (1), apple, cinnamon
    snack - banana
D - HM cottage pie with 5% lean mince & quorn, carrots, onions, celery, swede, baked beans, potatoes, seasoning & thickener (1)
    HEA - milk in tea/coffee

A full day on plan, no slips (as has been the case every day for weeks on end).  Day 1 done, now to make it 2...

Will try to get caught up, but think I have over a week or more of posts to read.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

I think we're all agreed that this new site is Crap! but we're still sticking at it the same as we do with SW as far as we can.  I shall definitely being going off plan as of tomorrow!!!!  Won't be posting regularly but will try to read when I can even if I don't post.  Back posting regularly when I'm back the beginning of April.

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs on toast with beans (they have to be on the plate don't like them on the toast, LOL!) - HEB; P; F
L - White fish; chips; tartare sauce (would have peas but we've run out!) - P; F; 1 syn
    D - steak, jacket potato, mushrooms, onions, salad - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - Tartare sauce 1

Well done on getting yourselves back to it Beanie and Sary!

Your skewers look lovely Bubbs, I'm thinking of doing something similar with halloumi instead of meat - did you grill them? I wonder if they could be griddled?

    Today:
B - Muller Light (0.5), granola, banana, apple
D - Chunky veg soup (potatoes, carrots, leeks and onion), bun
T - Tray bake (quinoa, bulgur wheat, sweet potato, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes)
    HEA - Milk
HEB - granola and bun - that's two but I'm working on the Green Day principle
    Syns - Muller (0.5), sugar (4), hot choc (2) = 6.5

    Have a good day everyone!

EDIT - Bon voyage Denise, have a lovely time!
