  • Had my brother for his birthday dinner, his birthday is beginning of January, but today was the first day we could agree on!  Introduced him to sw chips, he loved them😊 First carbs I have had this week so hopefully lack of them will reflect tomorrow for weigh in :D

Free yogurts are fat free, natural yogurts, including Greek, Greek style and Skyr, as long as they are FF and natural and unflavoured. Once they have flavour then they are synned to varying degrees.

Muller Lights are anything from half a syn upwards, depending on type.

    Good source of calcium though!

Morning all! Well done on your loss Vegastare, and Bubbs those eggs look perfect, I can never get mine like that!

I made a boob on my food diary yesterday thinking gnocchi was free :s I totted up the gnocchi, pine nuts and olive oil in the tray bake recipe and it came out as 7.5 syns - luckily the mozzarella I put in came under my second HEA! It was delicious though and did feel very indulgent, yet easily conformed to the 1/3 speed rule. Quick peek on the scales this morning and it doesn't seem to have done me any harm.

    Today:
    B - Banana, apple, Muller (0.5)
D - Tray bake: gnocchi, BNS, mushrooms, mozzarella. pine nuts (7.5)
T - Veg soup (potatoes, carrots, leeks, onion) with WM bun
    HEA - Milk, mozzarella
    HEB - Bun
    Syns - As above (8), sugar (3), hot chocolate (2) = 13

Thanks for all the aubergine input! I have a couple of sweet potatoes hanging about the place too so I think I'll get some courgettes and spinach and make a curry with it all :)
