Afternoon
I forgot to post yesterday. Had WI this am and it's a 1lb gainThink that's the last week and overdoing things at the w/end finally landing on may @rse!
Yesterday's plan for dinner went awry because I ended up staying later at work; totally unanticipated, but had to be done, so by the time I got home at 7pm it was a case of doing something quick. Plumped for all day b/fast, but then forgot until this morning I'd already had my HEb with porridge yesterday AM, so I went over syns with my 2 slices of wm toast I'm sure
Today's plan:
B - banana & Aldi version of total 0% raspberry yog (1?)
snack - alpen light (3.5)
L - porridge with apple slices, milk from HEa & sugar (2)
snack - SF jelly (1) with strawberries & cream (3)
D - SW ping meal FREE not sure which flavour yet, but if it's a chinese one I may have some plain rice with it
Have felt hungry all morning, which is why I ended up having the alpen light. Would have preferred not to, but hey ho.
Congrats PIB, such a brilliant achievement
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Well done on your loss vegastare.:D
That asparagus in bacon looks really delicious bubbs. Do you cook the asparagus first?
That's only a very small gain sary. I'm sure now you're back on track you'll see a loss soon.
I did wonder about the gnocchi tete but I thought maybe you'd found a syn free recipe.
To use a dreadful pun, my holiday next week is a bit up in the air at the moment. We were meant to be going with Flybe to Belfast. Fortunately I booked it as a package so shouldn't be out of pocket but at the moment I can't get through to lastminute.com as the website says they're trying to arrange alternatives. I don't think they'll find a suitable one though as we don't particularly want to drive and park at another airport. Maybe we'll do something else.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), 2 fried eggs (P),, HEB toast, HEA1 milk
L- ham (P), pickles and Bubble & Squeak (F,S)
D- SW Bolognese (P,S) with tagliatelle (F) and Parmesan HEA2
Syns- HP sauce 1

Finally got wifi! Today has definitely been off plan and so I won't tell you all I've had, just to say it includes pastry, bread and butter!
Tomorrow night's dinner will be good. I've made a beef stew. Saw a really nice piece of stewing beef in SM so bought it along with some stew veg. I always bring my small pressure cooker with me when we're away for a month as I find it really useful.
Well done all the losers, commiserations to the gainers.

Tete thanks for the info on the yoghurt, it is greek fat free plain I have been getting so ok on that front. Oops about the Gnocchi -stll the naughty things are always nice
Sary just stay positive - my weekends throw me - another one coming up then ok till Mothers Day.
Maman hope the trip sorts itself out....might need a couple of days to unravell things - plus it seems Logan Air have already said they are going to take some routes over - I think it might be the Europe flights that are a bit difficult - but fingers crossed.
Denise I thought you were on route to France - it sounds double dutch to me what is SM ( just thought San Malo maybe) hope the stew is nice and glad your able to post with wifi.
Have a good night all...
