Vegastare As Bubbs said SM is supermarket.

bubbs I always make rice pudding with unsweetened almond milk, it really seems creamy and you can also have loads as your HEA - not as much as it used to be though.  When I first had almond milk it was a litre, it's  definitely been reduced now, think it's only 600ml now but not certain.

I think we're all in agreement on here that something has to change TIE.  Really time for your employers to find you another role.

Looking forward to the beef stew tonight.  Had a little tester to make sure 5he beef was cooked last night and it absolutely melted in my mouth!

It's looking a nice day today, the rain has finally stopped and the sun is shining.  Long may it continue.

Well done GTQ. Another 1.5lbs gone!!
Still no news on the trip so anything could be happening next week. As there's still a chance we could be going away I have only done a couple of days meal plan. I don't want too much fresh veg hanging around. I can always buy more mid week if needed. Whatever happens, it's my birthday on Thursday so I'll be having an off plan dinner with wine syns!
    Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit, baked beans (F), fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- veggie omelette (S,P), ham (P), beetroot (S)
D- Fake KFC (P), SW chips (F), mushrooms, tomatoes, green stuff (S)
    Syns- weekend wine
