Great loss Sleazy, well done.
Going to make some leek and potato soup shortly for lunch. Have got braised lamb and barley out from the freezer for dinner tonight. Probably going to roast some potatoes in the Remoska to go with it. Will also do some veg but not sure what yet. Will decide later. Making use of the electric while we're here as don't always have it.
We are in Normandy now at a little village called Broglie. Have been for a walk this morning to a little garden with small ponds. Not much to see at this time of year but it will be lovely in the summer when the Rose's are in bloom.

Some amazing losses this week, well done everyone.
Penny, I feel your pain, been there, but keep plodding. However, do you have an underlying issue which may be effecting your loss. Last year, I was being good, but losing little. However, although I did not feel ill, I regularly got swollen glands which indicated an infection somewhere. Eventually, I got gout, this does not happen over night, but once that was treated, my loss crept up a little, not much as going through menopause, but psychologically, it felt good to realise that my body was trying to fight the infection rather than lose weight.

Well done Tete, slimmer of the week again. Vegetarian meals working well. I might do better if I lived alone. Pringles found their way into the cupboard along with mars bars.2 -
Sorry haven't managed to post since Friday. I have read back and well done to losers.
My city break has been cancelled due to Flybe liquidation so I'll have to sort out a meal plan for the rest of the week. I'll do that tomorrow.
I've been out dancing today and there was a buffet tea but I was good and stuck to plan and only had a couple of syns (2 tiny squares of rye bread).
I stuck to plan yesterday and batch cooked more Bolognese in the SC. I portioned it for the freezer today and kept some out for my lunch.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F) fried eggs, ham (P). HEB toast, HEA milk
L- JP (F) with Bolognese (P,S) and pickled cabbage (S)
D- beef in 'red wine' casserole (P,S), SW roast potatoes (F), cabbage, carrot & swede mash, cauli and broccoli (S)
Syns- cornflour 1, wine syns
