I'm glad you're getting to the bottom of things bubbs, then you can work on how to deal with them. It's quite a list though.
We had a change of plan for dinner. I found some meatballs in spicy sauce in the freezer and had them with spaghetti. I don't use it routinely but it is good to use the HEA2 for Parmesan with pasta.

Morning all. Definitely not on plan much although evening meals tend to be. Also sticking to spirits mainly. Only had wine on one day so far so helps to keep the syn levels a bit lower.

Good to hear you're getting some answers at last bubbs, hope the kidney function turns out to be a blip and not something serious.
Need to get to SM today as have run out of potatoes. We ended up having pasta with our coq au vin last night😁. Did pick up a bargain last SM visit though - 10 Pork chops for 5 euros😁. So it's pork chops for dinner tonight.
