Morning all! I have lost 2.5lb! And even better, got my first "Blimey, you've lost weight!" comment (first time I've been out in my running gear for a couple of months!), AND I managed to get round parkrun without hobbling, so am chuffed to bits right now :D

Well done on your losses Bubbs and Majorica (and anyone I might have missed)  o:)

Penny, I'm not surprised you're feeling fed up, it really sounds like you're denying yourself a lot. No wonder you're hungry. You should be filling up on pasta and potatoes and rice alongside your fruit and veg, otherwise you WILL find it hard going. This is why I can't do SP days, they drive me to overeat later. I hope you get a loss this week but I hope you can put together a more satisfying meal plan for the week ahead.

    My plan for the day:

    B - (none)
D - Garlic mushrooms on toast, butter (4)
T - Veg curry (aubergines, courgettes, sweet potato, carrots, onions, tinned toms, mushrooms, pepper, baby corn..?, chickpeas) with rice and maybe a couple of my frozen falafels (0.5 each)
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Bread (2x WM)
Syns - 5 as above, sugar (4), I had a 1" piece of birthday cake at parkrun and will prob have a Wispa later as it's the weekend, and maybe one glass of something tonight = 15+ but I am more relaxed on WI day, back to counting tomorrow!

Off to plan my veggie menu for this week! Have a good weekend all! x
    Well done and thanks :D

Thanks but I have been having plenty or rice, pasta and potatoes. i did say in my post that I had been cooking SW meals every evening. So I’ve done curry and rice, lasagne, chicken casserole with every veg you can imagine plus potatoes. I had low fat sausages with mash (mashed with egg) and veg and another night I made Spicy Thai bites with rice.

This post if for Tete by the way! 😉

All my hard work this week was a complete waste of time. I lost just half a pound. The woman next to me said she was dreading being weighed because she has had a “terrible week eating rubbish” she gets on the scales and loses 2 lbs!!

It's not a waste of time though because you would probably put on and be heavier than when you started, if you are still hungry could you fit in an extra meal? Longs it's on plan that's fine
Well done on your loss 😁
