Well done Beanie, that's a great loss!
Good news that you're getting some answers Bubbs, at least you'll know what you're dealing with.
Today:
B - Muller Light (0.5), granola, banana
D - Cherry tomatoes and orzo bake again
T - Pesto pasta (2) with random veg (onions, courgette, mushrooms, cherry toms), Linda Mc rosemary sausages, feta
HEA - Milk and feta
HEB - Granola
Syns - As above (2.5), sugar (3), hot choc (2) = 7.5
In answer to your question Denise, I'm certainly not missing meat, but I'm having to think a lot more about what my meal plans. I'm hoping it'll give me a good arsenal of meat-free meal ideas though to reduce my intake in future. Five weeks to go still!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb2 -
We should have been going away today and I haven't done any more shopping so I'm just managing with what we have in. I have some veg for today (using a tin of carrots and some frozen stuff with bits left in the fridge ) so today is covered. There will be some syns in the hash (haven't worked it out yet) but it'll be a big one so will cover my lunch for tomorrow as well.
Today's EE plan-
B- NAS grapefruit (F), ham, scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- lentil and veg soup (P,S), sardines (P) and beetroot (S)
D- corned beef hash (F,P,S) with cauli, broccoli, cabbage (S)
Syns- corned beef and horseradish tbc.

Fantastic loss Beanie, well done! You're doing better than I am, but I think you're more securely attached to the 'wagon' than me.
BUBBS your list of issues sound so painful. I do hope you can get some relief and resolution now they are looking into things.
GTQ I do hope your family get to Canada in time. What a worry for them, but then this whole COVID19 is a worry. The more I read about it, the more doom-laden I'm feeling
Well plan is something like this today:
B - toast HEB
snack -banana
Lunch - chicken & veg soup - it's in a tin and probably massively synned, but nothing else in my desk & forgot to bring my porridge
snack - 0% jelly & strawberries w/cream (3)
D - skinny sausages (3), mash, veg, gravy (2)
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home1 -

Beanie
I have but think they are minor compared to some, my asthma is well managed and also the mechanical issues as described by my GP has helped by loosing the weight - but I have a slightly lower immunity which they say comes from years of asthma and allegies - this came around when hospital bloods showed abnormalities and anemia, however my GP insists that they are not alarming and have improved with supplements, just means I don't shake of colds/flu like I used to........lots of green veg etc....sadly they dont suggest a bottle red wine per day....I could go for that one1 -
Morning all! That looks like lovely proper homemade mash, Bubbs!
I had a little peep on the scales this morning and seem to have put 2lb on since Saturday- I don't know if it's because I had two lots of pasta yesterday or maybe starting to retain water ahead of TOTM... Will get back on the soup ahead of the weekend!
Today:
B - Banana and Muller Light (0.5)
D - Pesto pasta (3) with Linda Mc free sausages (rosemary?), veg (onion, courgette, carrots, mushrooms) and feta
T - Butternut Squash and pearl barley bake with more feta
HEA - Milk and feta
HEB - Almonds
Syns - Pesto (3), extra feta (3), sugar (3), yogurt (0.5), hot chocolate (2) = 11.5
Have a good day everyone, wash your hands!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Forgot to say yesterday we have moved into a new Department - Eure & Loir. It's a nice village called Courville sur Eure. Has all the shops you need, butchers, bakers, greengrocers, grocers, various bars but no restaurant but no matter we have plenty of food.
