Thanks for the chart. I’m back in target range now so I will probably only weigh in every other week. I am going on Friday morning so I’ll let you know the outcome so you can update the chart.
Today is beautiful here in Yorkshire. Thick frost and blue sky. Really lifts the spirits. I have to go to the post office today - it’s in town now as they’ve closed our local one so I shall have a trail about whilst I’m there. Got my eye on some lovely shoes for an Easter wedding we are going to so maybe I’ll splurge. I’m taking the dress I’m going to wear so I can check they match up ok. Anyhow, enough twittering on, my menu is :-
he a bob milk
he a babybel
he b ww wrap
B banana
L ww wrap with LO chicken, hm SW hummus, salad. Blueberries and skyr yogurt
D chicken curry and rice.
snacks babybel and grapes

Well done MM on getting back into target. Now to stay there!
It's been raining here this morning but stopped by about 8 o'clock, supposed to be sunny this afternoon but will just have to wait and see whether the forecast is right. Tomorrow is supposed to be dry all day so I'm going to get the final bits of washing done and changing our bed so I won't have that to contend with when we come back with the holiday washing!
Today's plan:
B - breakfast muffins - Eggs, cottage cheese, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, spring onions - P; S
L - Cheese on toast; I mix with mustard powder, Lee & Perrins & Egg to make it spreadable - HEA/HEB; P; F
D - shepherds pie, swede & carrot mash topping; cabbage; frozen veg of some sort
HEA - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned

Morning all and thanks to Chieveley for the chart! SOTW hadn't crossed my mind actually so that perked me right up this morning!
Well done to all losers and commiserations to any gainers. Beanie, lovely to see you talking more positively, hope you make it to WI! Glad you're settled back at home Bubbs and doing well after the op. Hope this week is less stressful TIE! How was the sewing show Denise, did you treat yourself to anything nice?
I'm still veggie, five days into Lent! Really struggling for space in the freezer though and did quite a bit of batch cooking at the weekend so the next couple of days might be a tad repetitive
Today:
B - Muller Light (0.5), apple, banana
D - Tray bake - Quinoa and bulgur wheat, sweet potato, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, garlic, stock
T - Aubergine and chickpea stew with 2 falafels (0.5 each)
HEA - Milk
HEB - Almonds
Syns - As above (1.5), sugar (4), hot chocolate (2) = 7.5
This is the stew recipe, albeit adapted for SW, not including pine nuts, and not done in the SC!
Have a good day!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb1 -
The stew looks nice Tete. I always use dried chickpeas as they are much cheaper and I think make far better falafels. I make Syn Free ones based on a recipe by Tori Avery (https://toriavey.com/?s=falafel). I also find using tinned and boiling them makes them go very hard - they definitely just need warming through.
If you like cheesy foods then the Homity Pie recipe on the SW website is a really nice veggie recipe - it's basically a cheese & potato pie.
Chickpeas and Aubergines make a really good curry too. Another veggie curry I like to make is a butternut squash & chickpea. As you can see I use chickpeas a lot when I make veggie meals. Also loads of lentils.
Are you enjoying the challenge of a veggie Lent? I think a lot of veggie recipes are really tasty, just wish DH wouldn't complain as much as he does when I do veggie meals.
