Misread the menu plan on the fridge again! Fish pie isn't until tomorrow night. Tonight's dinner is Tuscan chicken. It's basically an Italian stew - chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, garlic & stock + red wine but I'm just going to use stock.

Morning all, a loss of -1.5 this week, really thought it would be better but hey, a loss is a loss, I'm now just half a pound out of target range so hopefully next week should see me back in range even if at the highest I should be.2

Triple whammy for me this week! - 1 1/2 lbs, SOTW & won the raffle, couldn't believe it! Didn't mind showing a before photo to the new members because of thatA smile costs little but creates much1

You'll be well in target next week. You know what to do you just have to do it
.
Realised after I'd posted yesterday evening that I'm not even going to be at home tonight as going to my friends and we're going to be eating out so the fish pie will now be for tomorrow night!
So today's plan:
B - bacon & mushroom sandwich - P; S; HEB; 2 for spread
L - leek & potato soup - S; F
D - Eating out - I've looked at the menu online and nothing looks SW friendly so haven't decided what I'll have but hopefully there might be something a bit more SW friendly on the Specials board!
HEA - milk
HEA2 - available in case tonight's dinner involves cheese!
HEB - bread
Syns - spread 2; alcohol of some sort; will be some in dinner no doubt so suspect I'll be over Syns today but have 7.5 in hand from yesterday!

Well done on your losses GTQ and Majorica!
Menu for me today:
B - Muller Light (0.5), banana, apple
D - Spiced carrot and lentil soup (with added leeks), small wholemeal bun (no butter)
T - Mushroom stroganoff (going to add some tofu to the slimmingeats recipe), with sweet potato mash
HEA - Milk
HEB - Bun
Syns - Sugar (4), yoghurt (0.5), cream cheese in stroganoff (3), hot choc (2) = 9.5
EDIT - just realised I've counted the full amount of cheese for the recipe, so per portion it'll only be 1, giving me a total today of 7.5 - bonus!
WI tomorrow!!
Enjoy your meal out Denise!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb2 -
Well done GTQ, that's a brilliant loss plus being SOTW and winning the raffle. I also won the raffle this week, it was in 2 parts - a notebook & pen in a giftset (which I've put away in my presents cupboard and I'll never use it!) and a divided lunchbox which I gave to my friend who was eyeing it up before the raffle was drawn, again something I wouldn't use. It was only big enough for one person and if we ever have a picnic we need a much bigger box than that little one, LOL! More like a picnic basket, LOL!!!
What sort of tofu are you planning on putting into the stroganoff Tete? I had a recipe for something (can't even remember what it was now) for silken tofu and couldn't find any! so had to give that a miss. I still haven't tried it but it's something I intend trying at some stage if I can manage to find some.

Well done on your losses denise, majorica and gtq.
We had a lovely day out yesterday. I did treat myself to a sandwich meal deal at lunch time but chose wisely in the evening. The last time I had a sandwich (except for a turkey one at home at Christmas) was in October so I really enjoyed it. For dinner I had a marinated chicken breast with spinach and a JP. It was delicious.
Today, I've had my SW breakfast but haven't done my meal plan or shop yet so not sure about the rest of the day. I'll post later.
Hope you're well enough to go home soon bubbs.
