Today I’ve had blueberries, SW quiche, grapes, babybel, rice cakes and gnocchi with tomato and chilli sauce. Slightly expensive in terms of syns but very yummy and fine if I’m careful tomorrow.2 -

It’s a glorious day here, snow on the hills and sun in the sky. A busy day ahead as I’m taking my friend to her dental appointment (she can’t drive due to a skiing injury) and she is sorting our lunch hopefully I’ll be able to dodge her delicious baking!
tea tonight is a quick one and will just be mushrooms on toast as we have a dog training session to get to. Depending how that goes, we may need a drink when we get home.
