Sort of pleased to report a half a pound off this week after WI. Better off than on, but had hoped for more. Officially 1.5lbs to go to target, but may tweak once I am there. Just want to stop paying after 13 months . Think I may be the one to get Biggest Loser in my group next week. As the real biggest loser has been at target for lots of years, so she is a Diamond something. Will find out a week from now . Very cold here but dry, glad to not get soaked today. No pancakes planned for today, as I know OH would ask afterwards what I was making for dinner. Will probably do some kind of baked oats thing tomorrow for pud, haven’t got much energy left today.
poundsinbucks~~A wee thought for you. Accept target after your 1 1/2 lbs & see how you go after that for a while.

Good advice from Beanie.. I'd say the same. It's difficult to know where you actually want to be - you just pick out a figure and hope that it's right. Definitely worth staying at the weight you've picked for a while to see if it suit's you. I should have done that as I went down too low originally and needed to actually up my target as the lower weight was just unsustainable.
Evening all Well done to the losers Tomorrow is op day so will try and weigh within the next 2 weeks 😮

Thanks guys, will do. Bubbs best of luck tomorrow & speedy recovery .
Last week at group I mentioned being frustrated as still being ‘overweight’ according to my BMI. SW Consultant mentioned a chart in the Be Delighted booklet with height to weight ratio. So had a look but it was a chart with similar values to BMI, and also a small table with ‘healthy’ waist measurements, which also did not take into account your height . So Googled in the end and came up with this: https://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/waist-height-ratio/ And putting my numbers into this calculator I come out Healthy! . Very happy with that. To me it was an important part of why I started SW, getting my weight down to take me out of the ‘at risk’ category for all sorts of things. But being nearly 5’10, my waist will never be 32 inches or smaller . Hope this waist/height thing helps anyone else who is not sure how they are doing .
Good luck for the op today bubbs and also for a quick recovery. Have you got to stay in or is it a day case?
Today's plan:
B - beans & egg on toast - F; P; HEB L - sausage & onion sandwich - 8 Syns; S D - shepherds pie; peas, broccoli - P; F; S
HEA - milk HEB - bread Syns - 8 (2 for sausages); 6 for bread
Bit of a muck up with the menu planning as misread the plan on my fridge yesterday so ended up with no HEB and 2 today! Just hope it doesn't affect my weight too much before WI tomorrow! Definitely don't want to be out of target as it will be my last WI before holiday.
Thanks for the link PiB - I don't actually know my waist measurement at the mo but I put a few figures in and I'm pretty sure I'm in the healthy range. I need to lose another 12lb before I'm a "healthy" BMI though.
Today's plan: B - Banana, apple, Muller Light (0.5) D - Butternut squash, pearl barley, watercress and spinach, feta and pomegranate tray bake T - Baked sweet potato with mushrooms, grated carrot and beetroot salad HEA - Milk and feta HEB - Pumpkin seeds in lunch Syns - Sugar (4), yoghurt (0.5), hot chocolate (2) = 6.5
