Morning, no I haven't got the bush done yet lol. The workman didn't work over easter and came back yesterday but hasn't filled the hole in yet. There is a good thing that has come from them being down the road as since they have been here cars that have been parked on double lines and blocking entrances to the back of the houses (like mine) have been getting tickets. we had snow flurries yesterday twice and once it was coming down so fast I thought it would lie but it didn't. Charlie wasn't impressed, lol. If your dad has just listed the tablet Duncan I would give it a few days before deciding whether to let it go at half price or not. Enjoy your walks today.
I have to pop out for meds later but have nothing else planned.
Have a good day

Morning. We too had snow yesterday and like you Indie I thought it was going to settle but didn’t. Hoping for all of us weather is going to warm up soon. Last weekend was so strange with Sunday being so hot.Duncan hope you enjoy your trip to the shops. I’m with Indie on the offer for your tablet.Indie any gardener looking at our garden now would say um it needs a lot of work but after all the clearing of bushes last year to me it looks much better. It’s not a big garden as we have garage and a parking space at the bottom of it but whatever the state we have been sitting out there ignoring the surroundings. The other evening I fell asleep watching the 10pm news. Woke up and there was a message from one of our DD’s on family messages. DD1 wrote something about GS still being awake. DD2 wrote hers were asleep. I meant to write to DD1 hope he goes to sleep soon. It came out hope he dies soon. GS saw and wrote you do know you have traumatised a child! DD2 wrote you will live. Ho Ho typing mishaps! He’s just 10 and has been learning spellings at school.Take care.3

Afternoon. Late yesterday I found an email to say I’d won an adult fiction book, which might get me reading again. Just now I’ve looked and I’ve had an email from a gleam entry (I don’t usually do these) to say I’ve won a set of four Orchard toys which includes a world map jigsaw puzzle of 150 pieces. Just the right age for the GKs. I said to DH be great to have somethings new for GKs to play with. His response if they ever come here again!
Anyway two wins in two days! I’ve been struggling with comps lately so this will get me going again.
Hope there are some more wins soon in the Inn. Good Luck all.2 -
Good Afternoon.
Windy here again today, this time with added rain but it is warmer if that counts for anything.
Well done on the wins leanfun, we struggle to find comps to enter here, either we don't want the prize or they are sm comps, looking at the main page when logged in it is all red crosses at the moment with a solitary green tick on the first 3 pages.
The roads are getting busy again round this way with a lot of vans and trucks, maybe just because of the route we were on but still seemed a lot more.
We went to Poundstretcher this morning and Dad has gone from recommending it to folk for certain items to now telling them to go elsewhere.

Well done on the wins leanfun.Your GK's will love doing the puzzle. It's great when you win things for the family.
I have noticed there is more traffic around Duncan, I did wonder if it was the better weather bringing more people out. I can agree with your dad about Poundstretcher at the moment. I went there a few weeks ago and came out with nothing. It had lots of stuff in the same as Poundland but more expensive. Maybe they will change their stock when all the shops open next week. It's been warmer and sunny here today so have had doors open, it will probably be snow again tomorrow, lol.
Hope you have all had a good day
Stay safe.

Good Morning
Sunshine, frost and cats to start today off with a bark, Dad was still in the shower when Heidi went past my window and I duly barked at her, she ignored me but Dad thought it was burglers and came running down the stairs (not a pretty sight)
This time last year we were in a heatwave but now our heating is still going full blast and I miss out on at least one walk in the morning because it is too cold out for Dad.
Glad you liked the pic ff, not sure where I found it but well worth sharing and perfect timing as well.
Dad is off to get his B12 injection this morning so I will be left in charge for a while, not that I am never in charge anyway.

Morning. It’s sunny here this morning but still chilly. Bring on a heat wave now Duncan. It would be good if it’s even a bit warmer. Duncan your barking so early must have really startled your dad pleased to hear it was just Heidi. Hope Dad’s injection goes well today.
Thanks all re win. Duncan agree about finding comps we want to enter. Firefly think we are all looking forward to a bit better weather.Hope everyone has a good day.Take care.2
