    Sorry Keith P
    This is sending me doolally
This is so easy for you, defence stage for most parking charge cases is simply copying & adapting the details and facts.

As I said, I literally wrote a defence template and published it here today.  It cannot send people doolally to just download and use the one written for you and add the Appendix C referred to and linked in that same thread, using the instructions that are also in that thread:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It sure if it is because of the pandemic but I have not received a DQ from the Court . Should I send mine to the Court anyway ?

If you want a copy of all the information they hold about you, then yes.

I suspect that, unless someone knows the answer, you may have to google.

    Twenty-eight days from what?

When did you file your Defence?
You received a letter from the CCBC telling you that they would forward a copy of your Defence to the Claimant and the Claimant had twenty-eight days to decide whether or not to continue.

Do you know when the CCBC sent your Defence to the Claimant?

Do you know whether or not the Claimant has responded to the CCBC?

Do you know if in these unprecedented times whether there is any delay in processing the Claimant's response in the CCBC?

What does your MCOL Claim History tell you?

So many unknowns and you are asking "does this incur a penalty"?
Penalty on who? The Claimant? The CCBC? Someone else?

Have you filed and served your Directions Questionnaire - as detailed in my 15 February at 1:39AM post?
