    The identity of the land owner is in the public domain, (Land Registry, Local Council),  there is no data protection issue around it.   
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    If big by some chance ticket gets cancelled can I counter claim as suggested ?
     We feel very strongly that we have been abused !

    Shop has totally refuse to name Landowner in accordance with GDPR !
    In this case will Land  Registry give out details for a fee ?. Like getting blood from a stone !
    Cannot send any data rectification notice without it !

    Is one of the shops Strachans Chemist?  If so, just phone them and ask who the landowner is there.  I've found the landowner of a car park that way.  

    But yes, Land Registry will tell you who the landowner is for under a fiver.
