Putting together my defence To whom shall I send when finished ?If I send Data Recognition Notice to C.E.L and Landlord is it likely that they will be more determined to pursue me ?

Why areyou asking where to send a defence, when you KNOW the newbies thread has EVERY single possible piece of info already there?0

I actually meant that do I need advice on wording before sending to court !Think I am sorted . Have Landowners names and address. Is it likely that by sending them the Data Recognition Notice they are more likely to get their hackles up ?0

What is that? Do you mean Data Rectification Notice? If so, that goes to the DPO of the PPC to inform them of change of address or submit a SAR. You write to the landowner in a polite but firm way asking them to have the PCN cancelled because ............savta said:I actually meant that do I need advice on wording before sending to court !Think I am sorted . Data Rectification notice, one to the parking company, and another to the principal ( land owner)if you have changed address you should include that, as well as the demand for them to rectify their data as your vehicle was not in the car park for the time specifiedFrom the Plain Language Commission:

All the oere reason why you should wave a big stick, a lawyer is unlikely to welcome being at the wrong end of a money claim. The law is on your side here..You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
If you want some help on your defence, then its gonna be tricky unless you post it...
Dont just post the whole thing, as I persumeyou have copy and pasted from other sources. If you have, then find some way of highlighting what YOU have altered. Saves us hunting.0 -
Where do I post ? It is a bit of a mixture and not sure where all the bits have come from !
CanI post here ! Has to go tomorrow on line0
