Had a reply saying It's Southend Airports  responsibility. Do I just send the same email to them?

Yes, why not?  The Airport needs to be inundated with complaints for using VCS, moneygrabbing ex-clampers who offer no service to consumers whatsoever.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Right, i've submitted the AOS and i'm looking at the template for the defence...

Section 17 seems to query the evidence given. But surely they have camera evidence with time stamps and they know i'm the driver, so what is that section about? Do i just scrap that section?
And with Section 18, do i use the my reason for stopping (She was flashed at so i picked her up directly outside the station) in that section?

Thanks for all your help so far!!!!

How do they know the identity of the driver? Was it given away in the appeal?
Just having photos showing a driver does them no bloody good. this isnt CSI: pointless, noone has a big database of faces to check against....

OK, so you of course tell the story of why you stopped - thats what para 18 is all about, some detail of what happened that day.
If youre not arguing kepeer liability then a chunk of 17 doesnt apply.
