No stopping Parking Charge at Airport

Received a County Court Claim form today. 
Options are:
Repay it.
Or Disagree with the claim.
Do i actually have a chance of winning this?

You are in no worse position than you were before your received the claim form - except now it is official.  If you read the NEWBIE sticky again, second post, you will see a link that gives you a walk-through of how to complete the AOS.
Is it county court or magistrates court (this was a bye-laws car park/issue if I remember)?  If you post the date of issue of the claim form, @KeithP will be along to give you some dates and a useful link to how to complete in a defence.

Yes of course you have a chance. Youve read other threads by now? The ones where court claims are won?

You're asking that, despite the NEWBIES tread telling you what to do, and that we see 99% wins here...

What isn't clear about the FAQS thread for NEWBIES, and all the info there about court stage and how to win?  If everyone asked us to repeat everything/anything that's in the sticky thread, we wouldn't cope, in fact we wouldn't be here at all doing what we do.

Please just be guided by the guide.  That's why it's there.

Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Monday 6th July 2020 to file your Defence.

That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

To create and file a Defence, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.

Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

They do have control in the contract they signed with VCS...they are the principal, and VCS just a contractor, and the client can almost always cancel - and if they can't, they were stupid to sign the contract!

I would like to remind you that you are jointly and severely liable the the actions of your agents, add as such I find your claim that you can not so anything about this to be either an error on your part, or a deliberate act intended to cause confusion.
 your agents have now commenced legal action, action that they can not continue with without your explicit support,  which you can withdraw at any time.
I would ask you to consider your approach otherwise I will be left with no alternative to have you joined to this case over your agents actions, in which car you will also be liable for any costs, as well as personal liability should this agents have breached the GDPR (regulations)
I look forward to a speedy response from you on this matter
