Thank you (I think) for mentioning the HC sale.  I am now busy being tempted.  The macarons sound lovely.
The macarons are lovely! I got a couple in a sleekster a while ago 😋

Thank you - that helps - I think!
  • What's all this talk of macaroons whilst I'm off spending dosh? There had better be some in my half price Xmas tin or they will be tears 😢
    Today has been rather spendy
Baking paper, lettuce, onion granules, fish and chip crisps (all needed honest especially the fish and chip crisps) from the joint budget plus some maltesser bunnies and mini eggs for me. Oreo donuts for Mr M_F
My own pocket money has also been hit with storage baskets for the freezer (my want not a need so I paid) and some washi tape.
I won't mention the boots meal deal as we stupidly went out at lunchtime without a pack up 🤭 We also topped up with fuel whilst out but that was a need.
I have made the kebab for dinner which is cooking and had a pleasant afternoon cutting washi tape and doing my diary planner for next week. It really is marvellous and is my new fave thing along with stickers. I got 13 rolls from b&m for a mere £2.50 😁

I got a bulk order of fancy washi tape last year….I can’t find it 😢 I put them in a lovely box….I need to find the box. Just one roll is in use, so at least I have something!
my essential crisps were ringo’s and prawn crackers today.

  • Ooh what are Ringo's? Sharwoods prawn crackers are very tasty.
What a shame you lost your tape. Where did you get it from? **Hope no one noticed my subtle hint so I can bulk buy washi tape**

Oh yes @redofromstart squares with such sharp corners they add danger to the eating! And monster munch are ok, but they were better before they inflated them (like space raiders back when they were outer spacers and had chutney flavour 🤤).
The tape was from Amzn … I’m so far from decent craft shops that it tends to be my go to supplier for most random things!

  • MACARONS IN MY TIN 💥💖💥 omg I cannot wait **drools in anticipation of much lovelyness**
Thanks for the ringos link Redo -you can keep em WW not my kind of snack.  Monster munch are blooming lovely - pickled onion flavour onion obviously. I saw some tangy toms today but didnt buy them as it was a giant share bag and I'd have ate the lot!
Yes I almost ordered some washi from Amazon but I had to have it now, today, immediately, hence I've also got my exercise in walking all over the local shopping centre to find some.  I did see some in hobbycraft but at nearly £3.00 for 3 measley rolls I thought I could do better -and I did **smug face**  It was a bit hard to cut horiztonally as my guillotine doesnt have a lift up ruler like the demostration I saw on youtube but i managed it by sticking on a piece of paper and peeling off when cut.  Que want for a new guillotine, we have two -is three too many?? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
