We have a house fund that we both put £60 a month to, but it’s been constantly eaten up by garden power tools MrWW wants (and rarely uses, but are essential 😬), so often I buy the small house things myself. We are back to just one month’s funding and I would like to replace our dreadful vacuum when/if it makes it to a decent amount, but I’m also pondering saving just £100 of it per month and adding £20 to the mortgage overpayments…I need to mention this to MrWW. He won’t mind and never knows what’s in there (until he has a new tool idea), but as it’s half his I’ll get him on board (and then he will promptly forget and be very surprised if I mention it again 😁).Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I show Mr M_F the savings and he thinks it's excellent until I start listing all the things it has to cover and all the things still yet to fund 🤣Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

Choc and pop are indeed essential, but it’s also essential to say what you got!Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Pop was pepsi max.
Choc was mini eggs **what you mean I'm getting addicted***
And yucky Oreo cookies for the man of the house. His choice 🤮
HC emailed me to say my half price chocs have been despatched at last! I should have choose click and collect and I wouldn't be having to buy up the world's supply of mini eggs.Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓

Oreo’s are a last resort cookie. The wonderful range of American flavours are a slight improvement on the bog standard offering of most supermarkets. Mini eggs are excellent. I’m also partial to a creme egg straight out of the fridge. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

I have got to the page in the BuJo book (learning the lingo) that suggests dividing a piece of paper into three and writing down
1. What you are currently working on -nothing I'm sitting here reading your book obviously2. What you should be working on -nope not telling incase you make me do housework nasty bookAnd 3. What you want to be working on -well chomping through HC macaroons but as unavailable mini eggs will doThen you decide if tasks are a. Vital or b. Does it matter to me or someone else scrubbing off anything that's not either so that's number 2 scrubbed right off🤣🤣🤣Dedicated Debt Free Wanabee 🤓
