Anybody know what @MSE_Tine updated at 1:52PM today? Because they didn't edit the OP, they didn't edit the final post, and they didn't add a post ...I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.2 -
By far the biggest problem I have is the amount of bright white background in the very areas that have to be concentrated on to read and understand posts. Simply gives me both eyeache and a headache, so surfing is out of the question for more than a few minutes.
If each post's text was on the blue background and the other gubbins on the white I would find it much more user friendly!

The only thing I don't like about this new forum is the that ability to hover over the title of a thread to read what the post is about has gone. I don't tend to spend much time on here now as I don't have the time to read every single post to see if I'm interested in reading the whole thing. Any chance you could bring it back, I was going to post this in the snagging section but it has been closed.

In the Edit Profile page, select ‘Notifications Preferences’ from the list on the left.
On that Preferences page, there is a list of tick boxes for emails etc. Just untick any boxes regarding emails, and pop ups if you don’t want them either.

Take a look at that list. You can tick "Notify me when people comment on my bookmarked discussions" but untick "Notify me when people comment on discussions I've participated in" - and also look through the other items in the list.

Has MSE got anywhere near sorting out the mess that is the new look?
