Thankyou for this. Iv included it but i had a meltdown as i thought the judge might see it and say what is she on about . Also i include the Henry Greenslade Popla is that right? Pheww thankyou very much im feeling confident again.🙂1

The Judge WANTS you to take them to the applicable law and be able to explain why you think it is a non POFA case. That will make it easy for him/her to find in your favour on a clear point of law.
Henry Greenslade POPLA Annual Report 2015 section about keeper liability, not the entire report but maybe the first page and his introduction as well, to give it context.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi just a quick question. Is it normal practice for the claimants solicitor to contact me?.( DCBL). They have rang me today im sadly greiving my mum who i lost on Sunday so didnt take the call. They have noted this and will contact me later. All WS have been submitted im just waiting for the hearing on the 26th Jan. Just dont want to be worrying about anything else at this moment in time hence me writing on here.
TIA.0 -
Block them! They won't have been calling to wish you a Merry Christmas. Sorry to hear of your dear loss. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Question in your mind .... why are they contacting you?
Is it because they want to make you an offer ? That normally means they know they will fail and they wish to screw you for money
Your hearing date is the end of january and that may well be extended due to covid..
As Umkomaas says ..... block them on your phone. and then wait. Chances are very high they will discontinue but they leave to the last minute. Real legals don't behave like men behaving badly.
Forget it for the moment, you have more important things at the moment
If anything else happens, come back here. My thoughts are it was just a begging desperate attempt

So now you know, DCBL are on the hunt for coffee money
I think they should replace their stupid "can't pay we'll take it away" logo which is plain rubbish with the Disney logo..... "when you wish upon a dream" .......
Let DCBL play games with themselves, it's their money they waste not yours.
