That isn't all you say and the photos are nothing like your only exhibits.  Your WS must build on the defence and there is a recent example posted by @jrhys plus you need to 2 transcripts from the thread I started in June about the Recorder Cohen QC judgment.

Ok, yes i will be producing my statement based on my defence. The transcripts that you wrote do i find them by just reading on the highview claims?. I have been reading through alot of the posts but cannot seem to find these ones you are asking me to include. Are they on the Highview post or on the parking fines in general.

I have just been on the MCOL website to see if anything new had appeared not heard anything just yet other than a response letter from court saying my case will be at the court I requested. I am just worrying as on the MCOL site it states that I filed a DQ on the 28/07 and was transferred to the court of my choice the same date. I actually emailed this back on the 19/07 just a panicking a little about the delay when I emailed it and also got an automated response back.

    TIA

Once the CCBC transferred the claim to your nominated local court they have nothing further to do and MCOL is no longer updated or used

Your local court corresponds with you , not MCOL , not the CCBC

Hi. Just an update from my post back in August. I have now recieved correspondence back from court. Because of the covid situation the District Judge proposes to dispose of the claim without a hearing _ that is on papers alone. ? Not sure what that means, furthur reading states that both parties must agree if we dont we have to return the attached paper by the 1st Dec. Also encouraged to settle by negoatiation. What do i need to do now. I have to deliver my papers that i rely on by 15th Dec. Im actually away from the 8th Dec - 18th i did tell them this in my previous response.

Hi. Iv found the threads that say go to a full hearing. Is that what i should do.? Extremly nervous now as i feel abit of a know all about doing a full hearing but really beginning to feel overpowered by Highview and the Judges at court. A voice inside me is saying iv got this and another wants me to sit and cry and say you won.

Hi sorry for the numerous posts. But just adding to my witness statements notes. Do i need to name and provide ins papers who can drive my car?. Or would i be breaking the data protection. I obviously dont want to include something if its not neccessary. But be ready for any questions asked regarding the drivers information. TIA and sorry for so many questions.

Do not under any circumstances agree to a hearing on papers only!
